We are seeking an expert Senior Manager of Brand Design to join our Brand+Creative team. Are you a big-picture thinker who puts a design mind to solving the puzzles of brand systems? Is your work visually vibrant, high impact, AND strategic? Do your design solutions prioritize repeatability and scale, while advancing the brand’s unique visual expression? Can you deliver on-brand creative assets that tell amazing visual stories? The Senior Manager of Brand Design will lead the visual and strategic approach to scaling the brand design systems. You will report into the Director, Brand Studio and work with the expanded Brand+Creative team to design and maintain asset toolkits, systems, guidelines, and processes to globally scale the brand. This role requires a high level of collaboration with stakeholders across Marketing and other groups of the company to assess brand needs and build out systems to support. The ideal candidate has experience with scaling guidelines and systems while creating dazzling artwork.

You will collaborate closely with partners across Brand+Creative, including the Senior Manager, Global Brand Management; Brand Management and Programs Senior Project Manager, Senior Manager, Production Studio; and Senior Production Designer and will manage a small team of designers.

You’ll also have a hands-on background in creative concepting and print expertise, with a roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic and real passion for all aspects of design. If you are ready to join a rapidly growing team in a highly creative and impactful role, we want to talk to you.


  • You will be responsible for the ongoing design and execution of brand systems for external and internal programs.

  • You will follow brand standards and templates while maintaining and developing new standards when needed. This includes the ongoing updates of foundational assets including graphics standard guidelines, design toolkits, brand playbook, icon libraries, PPT templates, corporate presentation decks, etc.

  • Formally and informally present design concepts and deliverables to the Brand+Creative team, internal/external partners and executive staff when required.

  • Collaborates with designers for inspiration and reviews work of contract designers/junior designers to ensure brand and creative consistency.

  • You will partner closely with subject matter experts in Marketing to understand project requirements, audience needs and timelines.

  • Works closely with other Brand+Creative leads across the department (Brand Management and Programs, Creative Ops, Production, and Story and Voice) to guide cohesive brand expressions and systems.

  • Supports the Brand+Creative team in defining group processes and identifies process improvements. Reinforces change that makes the group more efficient and effective.


  • 8+ years of progressively responsible design experience in a fast-moving environment. Experience and familiarity with the technology industry is a requirement.

  • Possess a can-do, get it done attitude to push execution forward while appropriately navigating any roadblocks. Work cross-functionally with multiple teams to achieve a consensus on design.

  • Advanced knowledge of and experience with applying design standard methodologies and production techniques.

  • Shown experience originating new concepts or innovative approaches which have significant impact on marketing efforts.

  • Ability to mediate and cope with rapid change and comfortable with problem solving while maintaining calm under pressure.

  • Excellent communicator across different mediums. Strong interpersonal skills working across multi-functional/international internal and external teams.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic company with the ability to multitask on a variety of different projects.

  • Establish and regularly report on metrics to measure success and to continuously improve creative executions.

  • Design and creative agency experience is a plus. Solid background in both print and digital projects. Portfolio of experience should include event material, collateral, signage, web banners, email templates, diagrams, infographics, and presentations.

  • Proficient in MSOffice suite: Word, Excel, and advanced skill in PowerPoint required. Skill in Apple Keynote a plus.

  • Proficient in Google Workspace apps: Slides, Docs, Sheets.

  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (particularly Photoshop and Illustrator) is required. Proficiency in JIRA and Adobe AEM, Workfront, Express required.


  • Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design, Web Design or similar discipline.
