We are looking for an experienced, credible, highly motivated and organized strategic thinker to vision and manage our Enablement Continuous Learning programs. Is this you? If yes, then your dream job awaits! In this management role you will be responsible for visioning our continuous programs, determining proficiencies and KPIs that drive field productivity. You will work in a global role across field enablement, field leadership, product management, product marketing and sales operations.

You are a highly collaborative, energetic, creative and accountable strategic advisor and business partner to the field leadership teams and learners. You are knowledgeable and passionate about training and development and you pride yourself in operational excellence. You know how to prioritize and scale learning experiences and lead a team to support that vision. You are a natural team leader and collaborator who is comfortable hosting events and managing a virtual classroom when needed.


  • Design, implement and ongoing management of virtual and live Sales Enablement Programs across multiple seller roles

  • Partner with Sales Leadership and Enablement Productivity teams in theaters to identify sales skills, product/solution and process/tools gaps and gain insights to advise and prioritize existing and future program development focus areas

  • Coordinate development of continuous learning paths working with curriculum and instructional design resources that leverage a blended learning model to include virtual classroom, webinars and self-paced learning leveraging conventional and new technologies

  • Craft and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring that internal and external partners understand objectives, scope, responsibilities, and key due dates.

  • Establish key performance indicators to track all continuous learning programs efficacy; work with reporting team and Sales Operations team to further develop and maintain important metrics, dashboards, and reporting to make recommendations on onboarding improvements

  • Develop & operationalize a strong feedback loop which captures & prioritizes the metrics needed to inform program vision/scope/planning.

  • Monitor and measure learner progress (often through assessment/credentialing/badging status) and incorporate into continuous program improvement plans as well as communicate regular status updates to key partners across Field Enablement, Ops, and Sales Management/Leadership

  • Audit and ensure maintenance of continuous learning resources and materials

  • Monitor Slack, e-mails, and various online and offline support channels to respond to learner inquiries


  • minimum of 8 years of sales enablement experience in a fast growing software organization

  • Proven success scoping, designing and implementing strategic enablement programs

  • Ability to represent concepts, vision and objectives and communicate across enablement organizations and SMEs supporting the build of role relevant learning experiences

  • Project management skillset (PMI certified a plus)

  • Well-organized; able to manage multiple tasks and results at a given time with ability to prioritize in a high-pressure environment.

  • Collaborative and agile working style with ability to manage through challenging scenarios.

  • Successful at networking and building relationships to support cross team engagement and alignment leveraging superior communications skills

  • Experience and familiarity of working with Mindtickle or similar enablement platforms

  • Previous sales (quota carrying) experience a plus
